Our Returns Policy
Returns for a refund can be made on unworn, full priced and sale items within 14 days of purchase. This excludes pierced jewelry. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
L'AUR does not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is the responsibility of the sender and we will not be responsible for any lost items.
For a refund, we must receive the returned goods unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Should you wish to request a return, please email us at info@laurjewelry.com.au with the relevant details, as well as a receipt as proof of purchase.
FAULTY ITEMS
Where the goods are faulty, we offer a refund as long as the item is returned within 14 days of your purchase. In this instance, L'AUR will cover the cost of return shipping.
Your refund will be processed once the team at L'AUR Jewelry have inspected the items and deemed them faulty.
We will notify you with confirmation, and your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
